13. Assemble the cam plate and post plate using the square neck bolt (J) and the flowerette knob (G). Don't forget the camera screw (H). The square neck bolt I found was a little too long - there was no shorter ones - so I had to cut it about 5 mm. Keep the bolt as long as possible, since that will enable the knob to stay on the thread for several turns before it comes off - handy when you trim the rig and only have one hand available.

14. Cut a piece of the rubber cloth and glue it on the cam plate. This will protect your cam from being scratched. Don't use too much glue - you don't want bumps in the surface.
